Straight answers
Is Krow free to use?
Joining is free. Browsing venues and opening listings is free. Unlocking live busyness, noise, Wi‑Fi and plug conditions uses credits, which you earn by reporting conditions after your sessions — with additional premium signals where we offer them. No subscription, no payment required.
How accurate is the data?
Every condition is reported by a real person who was physically in the venue. Reports decay over time — data from 3 hours ago counts less than data from 20 minutes ago. The confidence level shown on each venue reflects how many recent reports exist.
What happens after I check in?
Two short emails arrive — one at 25 minutes asking about busyness, noise and Wi‑Fi, and one at 90 minutes asking about plugs and whether you'd return. Each question answered earns credits. You can answer as many or as few as you like.
Do I need to stay at the venue to earn credits?
No. Credits are awarded when you answer the condition report questions, not for staying a minimum amount of time. If you leave early, the session wrap email still arrives and you can answer from wherever you are.
